Always believe that you have within you the potential to do something unique and do whatever you set your mind and actions to do.

In some wonderful one-of-a-kind way you are unlike anyone else. All of us human beings here on this planet, all of us so much alike in so many ways, but each of us with our own life story.

Your story is your story, not anyone else's. You were created with a singular unique soulprint to do something creative like no other human being who has lived or will ever live. What that "thing" is that only you can do has unlimited potential. However, because that thing is yours to do and no one else's, no one else can discover it for you. Only you can. You find it by believing that it does indeed lie inside of you. It's not that you have to know, right now, exactly what that unique creative thing is you have the potential to do.

What matters is that you believe with all you are that it lies inside of you. This is where you start. Nothing matters more than always believing in the potential you hold to do something no one else can and the potential you have to think and act to bring it to life.

FRIENDSHIP

NOT EVERY ONE IS BLESSED WITH IT

Its like you have it or you dont .. Friendship in its purest form is one of the most beautiful relation one can ever have .. something which cannot be created, It just happens. At times people take their friends for granted because they dont know their worth... Ask those who dont have them.

I happen to be one of those people who had glimpses of friendship in their life but could never hold onto it, I do have a decent laugh every now and then with some genuinely good hearted people but thats pretty much it!!! ... as I said you cant manufacture it .. But when I see people being friends for life and being there for each other... Only the idea of it brings such a joy to my heart.

Even within our family member, we always get closer to the ones with whom we enjoy bond of friendship.. Such is a power of this bond .. When life seems still , nothing is going your way and yet there is no let out .. Turn to a friend and you wont regret it.

GO TELL THEM .....

Tell the ones you love that you love them, every chance you get, because you never know when your chances will run out. Alot of time life does’nt come to an end with a date and time announcement even when we know an end is forthcoming, never can we be fully prepared. Love for someone is the greatest booster for happiness for our hearts, and one day down the road , the greatest breaker of it, too. You never know when... none of us do. But if you take advantage of every chance you get. You wont ever have to wonder if your loved one always knew.

So take a break and let it out ...

LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL

YOUR LIFE IS REFLECTION OF YOUR INNER SELF

Life itself is a beautiful word, every new day it presents itself in most beautiful way. For me every new day is start of a new life, every new day give us every opportunity to get things right and if we find ourselves not good enough to get it right then life is kind enough to give us another opportunity the following day.

People think material objects decides the destiny of life but surprisingly enough that is never the case, our life is directly linked to the life of inner person living inside us. When that person is happy the life seems the most beautiful thing on planet but when that person is sad life feels like a burden.

In worst cases when that inner person dies, the human life take its cruelest form and we see what we are seeing everywhere these days. Life is a small journey where we are given an opportunity to find that most unique being living inside us and doing so is the only way to fulfil the very purpose of life and is the only way to find the very reason of existence.

As i wrote earlier it is never too late .. every new day give us a new opportunity to get things right ... its just a matter of when we finally decide to get it right.

THREE WORDS THAT CAN MAKE OR BREAK

BODY, MIND AND SOUL

It is simple and straight forward. You just can’t take control of your life until you have complete possession of these three words in your life.

Winning control of your body, mind and soul takes time and years of hard work but once you mould them the way you want to .. This is where the actual success starts of an individual, which sets you apart from the rest and defines your uniqueness.

Success is what you define it for yourself. It’s not just about becoming a celebrity; it is about looking at bigger picture of life. Success starts with identifying what you want to do not what others want you to do.

Once you know who you are and what you want to do.. Trust me you are on your way of leaving an everlasting legacy which will brighten up the lives of many.

I must write that my inspiration for Body, Mind and Soul comes from defining work of Jim Hellwig who is world famous for his character “THE ULTIMATE WARRIOR” in World wrestling federation. Also posting one of his iconic ring entrance picture to pay tribute

PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING

Its not just professional sport .. I call it a way of life .. The attitude, self esteem, walking proud , defying the obstacles and staring fearlessly in the eyes of life.

Is’nt it the way we all should stand tall and go about our lives .. exploring the powers inside our bodies in order to discover ourselves and to POWERSLAM every challenge which comes our way.

The way these guys carries themselves is remarkable and I beleive WWE and WCW did a great job in conveying this message through media.

I myself come from a background where the first thing you inherit from your surroundings as you grow up is FEAR .. but my inspirations helped me immensely in breaking the shackles and to learn the fact.
